We need to mention that we are the only ones in Europe to offer this very special fish from daily catch fresh. The quality of the meat is appreciated in many countries in the world however, it is not known in Europe yet. The top quality allows the chef to also offer the fish raw as well as medium rare or blackened. The filet gives a very good yield, the meat is pinkish white.
